TEAM (Telecommunication Education and Assistance in Multiple-Languages) is a program that provides education and complaint resolution to consumers who are not proficient in English.

SEACC offers free education and assistance with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) bills to consumers who are non- or limited-English speakers.

The Community Help and Awareness of Natural Gas and Electricity Services (CHANGES) guides and helps with any questions/ issues about services or bills of Gas and Electrical. We also assist to apply for Gas and Electrical discount
